A Certificate of Capacity is the official medical document required under the NSW workers' compensation system. It records your injury, your current work capacity, recommended treatment, and any restrictions. Your employer and insurer need this to process your claim and payments.

Yes. SIRA permits video consultations for WorkCover assessments where clinically appropriate. Our doctors will advise if an in-person examination is required based on your specific injury.
