  2. Your client joins the video consultation at their scheduled time. They can use a phone, tablet, or computer.
  3. Dr Laidlaw conducts the assessment, reviewing the injury, current symptoms, capacity for work, and any restrictions or modifications needed.
  4. The certificate is issued same-day, typically within 2 hours. It is sent directly to the patient, and we can also forward a copy to your office if the patient consents.
